I took the first 4 GB flash drive, downloaded it from the off site www.memtest86.com for USB.
I formatted the flash drive, installed it on a USB flash drive through the installer, chose to start the computer from USB, as a result, it skips this flash drive and the "program" of testing. Okay, I formatted the USB flash drive, there are 48 MB left, okay, I completely formatted it, now there are 37, where did the memory go? I used 2 flash drives like this, and what program is now to test the RAM / HDD / Processor?
