Do you have flattened gradients rasterized when saved to eps 10?

They don’t get upset for me personally, they work correctly, but I heard that this can happen when flattening a gradient using its markers and not the shape itself, “example on the right” what do you think about it? Is this a problem exclusively with older versions of Adobe Illustrator? I have Adobe Illustrator CC 2015.3.1 and I don't have this problem, but the information itself seemed interesting.
