Is there any information on the fact of collecting statistics on user behavior on the site from mobile versions of browsers, in particular Yandex Browser / Google Chrome? or any statistics that affect the ranking of the site in the PS?

Absolutely all browsers collect statistics. That's why they are free, as they earn by selling information to advertisers.

That's the only reason they're doing these days. Don't want your browser to give you away? SSH into the server and run from the lynx server.
