Do I need to have a specialized education to get a visa?

A question. As far as I know, today, when applying for a job, a diploma is not much required. But nevertheless, it is still needed to obtain a visa.

Is it important for obtaining a TO visa in which specialty the diploma was obtained? For example, if I have a non-core, then everything - will they not give a visa? Or does it simply take into account any higher? It seems that to obtain a visa, you need to score a "normal" number of points. For education, as well as for knowledge of the language, for example, they give a certain number of points. If you don’t go through the balls, they don’t give you a visa. If you pass, everything is ok. How does this happen? Or does it all depend on the specific visa I want to apply for?

A question arose. I, for example, do not have an IT education. There is a higher, but generally a different specialty. Do I really have to graduate from a university with a specialty "computer science" in order to get a visa?

1. Depends on the country
2. Depends on the visa received.
For example, if you receive a visa at the invitation of an employer, then the diploma does not seem to be important (although it seems that the employer must provide the migration service with a justification why he decided to hire from abroad).
If you have a lot of years of continuous official experience in a profession in which there is a shortage (such lists seem to be published every year), then a diploma can be replaced by this experience.
If there is no heap of experience, but the profession is scarce, then you can close it with a diploma, then the main thing is that the diploma of this university is recognized.
In general, go to the website of the migration service / embassy of the country of interest and study the rules.
PS: well, this question has already been asked a bunch of times here

From experience, this question is asked by those who have neither a specialized education, nor professional experience, nor an offer.
Nothing personal, just an observation.

Visa is not about IT at all. You need to ask and look for information directly at the embassy of the country where you are going.
The visa policy may change from year to year, and what was 5 years ago may not work at all today.
The visa officer can wrap you up without even explaining the reasons and will be in his right.
Again, depending on what kind of visa you want. To get a visa for a beginner without experience, you need to be exceptional and independent.

today, when applying for a job, a diploma is not much required.

To date, the ability to drive a car is not much required to obtain a license ...
Of course. Loader, janitor, plumber - why do they all need a tower? ;)
This question in different variations was asked here a hundred thousand million times. Usually, when you start asking questions, it turns out that the asker has no education, no work experience, no knowledge of the country where he is going (including no knowledge of the language :) ), no offer, of course (if there was an offer, he would live in Nice;) ), but only the position "no one loves me, I'll go to the swamp."
On visas - this is not here. This is to the embassy, and ask questions there.
