I'm 24, computer maintenance job, where can I retrain?

Hello!
I am 24 years old, I live in Ukraine, I have a specialist diploma.
For five years I have been working in an institution where I service the hardware and software of computers and networks.
Recently I began to think about the future, what prospects await me. Reviewing articles, forums on the Internet, I realized that I work as an "enikey worker", that there are not so many prospects in the future.
I am thinking about changing my qualifications, but I don’t know what professions are related to IT and what needs to be done for them. There is an option to study in Poland, if I have time, then even this year.
What do I want? I want to have a promising profession that will provide for me.
What have I already tried? I tried to learn php in the courses "Specialist. PHP.", I looked at the message "Level 1" with problem solving,
If possible, describe some professions, if anyone changed their qualifications in this way, share your experience.

Fully study network administration, or purposefully study one of the programming languages (infographics attached). You can combine knowledge of hardware and programming, such specialists are worth their weight in gold.
All in your hands. Good luck to you!

Now I will write the most banal answer.
You can retrain as anyone at 24. What do you like? Choose and get busy. So you can do it, really;)
What kind of workers are in demand now? Look through vacancies and articles with reviews on this topic. For example, you can master SAP.
Do you want to move? Read articles about it.
Or maybe it is not very attractive? This is also normal, you can change the area or move to the junction of it with something.

Do you want to grow up to a full-fledged severe administrator?

Well, how can you start working as a web developer, for example. You choose a language, you read a book, you file your website. You study a back-end framework, some kind of frontend, html (haml/slim), css, js, sql. Initially, it seems that there are too many technologies, but in fact, it is not so long to study them.
When you already know something, look for a job, study further.
Another option is an internship. You go as an intern, essentially not knowing anything, and you are taught at work. So you can become a 1C developer, for example. On the web, this seems to be worse.
