How to create a training program?

Is it normal practice to learn in parallel with typescript or any other language like SQL ? Or is it better to study everything separately from each other without scattering your attention? Maybe someone knows how the convolutions absorb the material better?) The fact that writing by hand consolidates the knowledge gained, I am aware.

What is the best way to learn to read / write - to study letters individually, or the whole alphabet at once?
Or all the same in syllables?
Is it possible to start learning to write if you have not learned the alphabet by heart?
This is what your question looks like.
Programming is a complex task.
It can be taught separately, it can be combined. It can be parallel, it can be sequential.
It depends on you personally. It doesn’t work out complicated, consider simpler examples.
The technique is secondary, efforts are primary.

At the beginning of the study (when such a question arises) it is better to focus on one thing, otherwise the similarity of syntax can be confusing.
At a certain point, you will simply understand that it is time to start learning SQL at a basic level, since you will need to use databases and there is no way without SQL. Similarly, with other programming languages in those situations where their joint use is possible (example - HTML, JS, php).

I recommend that you focus on one thing. Frontend and Backend are such gigantic topics in themselves that trying to mix everything together is just putting sticks in your wheels.
Take a look at these 2 diagrams.
- Frontend: https://roadmap.sh/frontend
- Backend: https://roadmap.sh/backend
Secondly, I would not recommend learning any technology apart from real needs. The same typescript is worth learning only if you immediately start writing some kind of your pet project on it and support it for a long time so that new knowledge fits into your system.
