How to quickly get a crust about VO?

Good day.
I am a self-taught programmer, I already have a fairly long work experience, and more and more often I began to encounter the fact that employers ambiguously hint that VO for a programmer of my level is something taken for granted.
How to act in such a situation? I am the least interested in direct learning, I believe that everything that I need, I can learn without a university, so I would like to get a crust with the least amount of time, and, if possible, money.
Also, I have read that VO will be extremely helpful for obtaining a work visa for most countries. Is it so?
It is worth noting that I passed the exam for a long time and the results are already outdated. So the option to "retake the exam" will postpone the deadline for achieving the goal for another year.
By the way, are there any distance learning programs in foreign universities for IT specialties?

In states without VO, a work visa will not be given simply. This is one of the formal requirements for an h1b visa. Moreover, it is important that the "profile" was, well, or at least near-profile.
Try home study options somewhere. There are universities where the program is flexible in terms of the calendar, you can take courses faster, get a diploma in a short time.

In Russia, nonsense, no one requires, if the knowledge is adequate.
It is a little more difficult abroad, if you are a genius and a super pro, then all roads are open to you, and they will take you without anything. If you are just an ordinary specialist, then having an adequate and specialized VO is a huge plus. In addition, many cool foreign jobs now require decent knowledge of Compute Science, and at home this knowledge is very very difficult to obtain.

Something you are telling some nonsense, the further you live, the thicker the experience and the less important is the important VO.
For migration, it is easier to crush experience than to receive it.

Fast - if only to buy. If you are going to work abroad, then this is not an option.
Act in absentia / remotely and continue to work. If you only need a crust, then it is not necessary to enter top universities, such as Moscow State University, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, etc. Just choose where it is easier.
Here I immediately found fdo.tusur.ru
Remotely, you can unlearn.
Or just change employers.

There is a double-edged sword here:
get a crust instantly = no one will recognize
it immerse yourself in learning = lose experience
try to poke your head into HSE or any other university where Yandex has a department
If you are serious about HE, then you should think through all the training yourself with a teacher, to which you will come in the magistracy-doctoral studies.
It ’s pointless to start training just for the crust.
Better get 5+ years of verified high-quality experience and don’t worry about a diploma

A year ago I had the same question.
I was looking for a distance learning option and looked only at state universities.
As a result, I considered 2 options:
- TUSUR (Tomsk), for the entire time of training, you have to go either 2 or 3 times, for about 3 weeks.
- PSUTI (Samara), for the entire period of study to go 1 time at the very end of study, for about a month.
I am currently studying in the latter, the first course was successfully unlearned. Of course, no knowledge, for the sake of a crust it suits. To study only 3.5 years, but I am after a techie.
TUSUR, by the way, took into account that I studied full-time for 2 years at the highest, and called for 2.5 years. But I'm far away from Siberia, and it would be fine once, but I need a couple of times for sure.
