What to choose for a beginner: DirectX or OpenGL?
I want to learn the basics of some of these APIs in order to be able to do something simple.
And I don't know what to choose, I need something that is easier to learn, and the first result will be faster..

OpenGL is definitely enough for you.
Learning DirectX will dry you out from how many related things you have to learn at least superficially - COM for example. Perhaps someone will say that this is not necessary - yes, until you need to more or less seriously shake.
OpenGL now looks like the simplest (easier than Vulkan, because it is more high-level), but at the same time a full-fledged (i.e. close enough to hardware) graphics API without any Windows-specific bells and whistles. DirectX is essentially for professionals who work in the industry, get good money for it and have no problem figuring out some related technology.
