A designer and a front-end developer are, in general, different professions. Apple and Microsoft have examples, as does Android. Study them and combine them and everything will be fine.

If you are a web developer, then do not try to draw, but take a ready-made layout and make a website and layout.
If you are a designer, then learn to draw, and give the layout to the layout designer.
Design and web development are different professions.
