Do I need to certify a device before launching it into a series?

Good afternoon, I have assembled an experimental batch of an electronic device, I am going to launch it in a series, the circulation is very modest, no more than 100 pieces per month, I will collect it myself. Tell me if you need certification for a device for sale to individuals. What do you need to have besides the user manual and operating instructions? The device has wifi on board.

It fundamentally depends, among other things, on the purpose of the device. If we are talking about a pacemaker control module, then it is definitely necessary to certify and receive approval from the Ministry of Health, if otherwise, then you should look here: ozpp.ru/standard/pravila/sert

I note that the above list is based on the classifier OK 005-93 (OKP), which has become invalid.

The OKP classifier (OK 005-93) became invalid on 01/01/2017. According to the order of Rosstandart dated January 31, 2014 No. 14-st, it was replaced by the OKPD classifier (OK 034-2014 (CPE 2008)).

Are you barcoded? I saw two types: one contains the item number, the other must contain the code of the organization that has the right to distribute barcodes to others.
