Do I need a frontend framework for my task?

Good afternoon, recently I already asked a question about the frontend framework, but another question appeared. So now I'm writing a Django backend for a site with functionality that looks like a bulletin board, I have a question, do I need or does it make sense to use angular js or a similar framework for this kind of site?

Needed if:
1) an educational project, there is time for it
2) you plan to scale
Not necessary if:
1) you urgently need a prototype
2) you don’t know js well
