Do employees of the "CE" department check servers for colocation?

Right now everyone is saying cloud resources, cloud applications, cloud storage, ect. Let's take a situation.
Small office. One server on Debian, which distributes to everyone in the Thinstation network. Which, in turn, starts FreeRDP and connects to a screw server with all sorts of indecencies in the form of:
"licensed" Windows;
with at least a licensed terminal server;
the same licensed one;
with bases on the server licensed on the most kms msskuel.
To all this obscenity connect through a VPN (your own).
In general terms, it looks like this.

Actually the questions are. How will inspectors behave in this situation? Are checks for Colocation1 and Colocation2 possible? Is it even possible for department K to check servers hosted in data centers, and how does this look from the point of view of the law?

Depending on the goals and objectives of the visit. They check the legal entity , not the servers, workstations and what else might be there. They come in - and your work is in full swing. Yeah, come here, what is it ... If the installation "drown" was given, they will drown, you can get to the bottom of the pole.

Depends on the size of the company, if the company is large and suddenly began to purchase a lot of licenses, then from its own experience, Microsoft can send Ernest & Young or Pvc to you with an audit. Since they understand that most likely you have decided to license all pirated software and most likely you will not license everything, they have software for network scanning that will detect pirated software not only from small soft ones and others. Further, the entire leadership will be intimidated by a criminal offense, fines, in short, you will have to pay off dearly
