Does the Labor Code of the Russian Federation apply to a contract concluded with a Singaporean company? And what are the approximate conditions for terminating an employment contract unilaterally? It would also be interesting to know about the pitfalls

No, and it’s not a fact that they will conclude an employment contract with you.
Often you are registered as an individual entrepreneur and a contract is concluded with you or something like that.

the easiest way is to ask a Singapore company.
but in general, if the company is not represented in any way, then it does not apply.
However, in the contract there will still be references to the jurisdiction of a particular country - it will be clear there.
