Do donations to the site count as income?

I'm going to open a site like the basic functionality of Habrahabr. That is, users can write posts on a specific topic (for example, about win-win decks in the Hearthstone game), comment on them, and more. The domain will be registered to an individual, as well as the server.
I do not plan to put advertising on the site; the site will not have any other similar sources of income, including the interest of third parties.
But I want to make the possibility of voluntary material support of the site.
That is, one of the menu items will be the "Support the project" icon. By clicking on it, the user gets to a page on which a short text will be written about the hardships of life, about annoying or useless, due to the universal Adblock, advertising and the high cost of hosting. Just below this text, there will be a Yandex.Money form ( like this), and the user will be able to transfer absolutely any amount absolutely free of charge , without receiving anything in return. Moreover, there are two options for transfer: Yandex.Money and Visa and Master cards. Plus, the purpose of the translation will be specified in advance (something like "site support ***"), and the button will contain the text "Translate" and not "Pay". The money, of course, goes to a personalized Yandex wallet, from where it is transferred (for security, otherwise they can be stolen) to another Yandex wallet, but already identified and not highlighted anywhere, and from there to a bank card. So here are 3 questions:
1) Will this type of money transfer be considered a donation? As far as I know, only the transfer of money in favor of a non-profit organization that can spend it only within the framework of its activities can be called a donation.
2) If the previous option is no longer applicable, will this type of transfer be a donation? Or, does this require the button to contain the text "Gift"?
3) If the previous options do not apply, will this type of money transfer be income and will it be taxed?
Thanks in advance.
