Plus, you also need to pay tax for the upwork commission, plus another 18% VAT on it :) This is if everything is done according to the law. But now you can use the patent taxation system, where you need to pay 6% not from the amount earned, but from the potential income, which is set by the regional government for each type of activity. For example, in my region, the potential income for software development is 356,000 rubles. As a result, it will take about 50k per year for taxes and insurance premiums, plus 18% VAT for the upwork commission. It turns out more profitable than the pioneer if the income is more than 1 million rubles.
