DLNA + TORRENT = ❤️ or not?

The situation is this: there is a TV with DLNA + PS4 support with a PLEX client, PLEX on a MacBook is now acting as a server, it is mainly used to forward manually downloaded movies or automatic IPTV playlists, now everything works perfectly, but recently I wondered if no one had thought of it write your own DLNA server/plugin for PLEX with automatic download and search for movies from the same torrent trackers? (nnm-club.me/rutracker/etc...). Googling this question, I found only a plug-in for forwarding torrent broadcasts (television) with AceStream and of course, for obvious reasons, its assembly is only available under Windows.
The question is: Has no one mastered such a thing? Or am I just so dumb that I couldn't find anything?
PS: I know about XBMC, but it can't be put on TV/PS4, only DLNA is of interest.

with DLNA / IPTV everything is bad
