Why can't I install the torrent?

I have a laptop, Honor magicbook 14, there was a problem with the touchpad, I wrote to support, they said to restore Windows, I restored it, now I can’t install the torrent. I download, the installation starts (unpacking the installer) and that's it, although it is active in the manager. Before the restoration, I had a torrent.

Don't use the garbage uTorrent, use the free qBittorrent, for example.

As I understand it, the installation did not complete, but hung. You can close the process in the manager and restart the installation. Just in case , a link to download utorrent from offsite
