Windows Defender recognized and removed the Trojan. That's all?

Downloaded from RuTracker'a MC Office 2019. Installed, activated. Immediately after installation, Windows Defender reported two threats: KMSAuto and a certain Trojan:Win32/Ymacco.AA6F. The defender offered to remove the threat - he removed it (although it is written that "actions in relation to the threat could not be fully applied"). After that, I did a full scan through Windows Defender, through the free version of Kaspersky and the free version of MCafee. They write that no threats were found. Microsoft Office works without any problems. PC too: no freezes, nothing superfluous in the browser, I didn’t notice strange new files and processes in the task manager (apparently).

Should I be concerned, or has the virus been neutralized?

Rutracker rarely comes across distributions with real threats. There with it strictly. Most likely not worth worrying about.
PS: I myself have been using rutracker for over 10 years. Didn't pick up anything.

Still, he would not swear at the key maker. By the way, I respect the guys for their titanic work. But still buy an office.
