Displaying images and text in Drupal?

Tell. There is a site on Drupal (I don’t know which version, but some kind of old one, it seems to me). There is a block with tours on the main page, but:
1) the name is shortened. tell me how to fix it, in which file to look for.
2) increased the image display block, but the picture was simply stretched. That is, a large picture was filled in, but it was cropped to a size smaller than the block and stretched it. Where can I change this cropping setting for the picture?

1) The block is most likely displayed through views. We go to edit this block in views
There we find and click on
Select
2) Most likely a certain image style is installed there, you need to go
Create or change the style.
And in order to understand which style to change, you must also click on the edit block, select the Image field there, and see what style is applied.
