Disappearing sidebar in Sublime text 3?

Good afternoon!
The question is short.
I open the project in sublime 3 file-> open folder -> folder selection. The sidebar appears.
But as soon as you open the Package control, the sidebar disappears.
How to solve this problem?
How to make sure that the garden bar is always open and does not collapse?

Try dropping the project folder into the editor by simple drag and drop, and then you can show/hide the sitebar using ctrl+k+b combinations

To disable automatic hiding of the SideBar, you need to use the keyboard shortcut - Ctrl + Shift + Alt + T, which activates / deactivates such a value in the settings as "SideBarHider: toggle autohide for current window"
