Sublime text 3 (Unregistered) less features?

Hello! Such a question - I introduce new blocks into the html code and delete the old ones, but the browser shows an unupdated version with old divs. Please help, what could be the problem? I have a sample of Sublime 3 if that.

Unregistered differs only in that from time to time it shows a window asking you to buy a license.

Why would he update?
IMHO, the most adequate option for auto-update in 2018 is webpack, everything else is not relevant based on capabilities. The main disadvantage of webpack is the entry threshold.
