packagecontrol.io is dead?

It was necessary to put the plugin in sublime - but my Package Control returned an error.
I googled, solved the problem - did not help. I demolished everything, I go for the install code on https://packagecontrol.io/ and it is not available :D timeout...
Is it just me?...
