Where can I download the Package Control (for Sublime Text 3) if the official site does not work?

Hello!
In Sublime Text 3, I need to install a Package Control, but for some reason the packagecontrol.io site does not work (it just does not load) and the installation through the command in the editor console gives an error, because unable to connect to servers.
I couldn’t find the Package Control anywhere else besides the idle site, therefore, please tell me where can I find the Package Control other than the off site (it’s called package control.sublime-package )?
If possible, share yours, throw it somewhere on the
PS file hosting site, it lies subfolder_3/Packages/
