In ST3, plugins are in archives, along the way

/Users/dzhiriki/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Installed Packages

(the path in the poppy, on the rest of the figs knows, in the sublime there is a link to the installed plugins)

Если создать папку в /Users/dzhiriki/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages

(the menu item Browse Package leads here) with the name plugin, then it will be given priority over the archive.
Those. unzip the plugin from the first path, put it on the second one.
As a result, the snippets lie along the path:

/Users/dzhiriki/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/Emmet/emmet/snippets.json
