How to get SublimeCodeIntel working with Ruby on Rails on Ubuntu?

Recently I decided to try to change my usual working environment from RubyMine to Sublime Text 2, and everything seems to be even good if it weren’t for the lack of normal completion, a plugin called SublimeCodeIntel is immediately googled here , but unfortunately I can’t make it work on Ubuntu 12.04 (not only for Ruby on Rails but also for any other languages), Perhaps someone from habravchan went through the same problems and somehow managed to solve them and now he can share his advice.

Just installed it on Ubuntu 12.04.
Do you have package control installed?
