Disable ports on Mikrotik RB3011UiAS-RM?

Good afternoon.
We noticed the following "glitches" in the work of Mirkotik. Switches are connected to Mikrotik. If a PC connected to it is pulled out from one of the switches, then one link of the other switch drops from the Mikrotik. Met who? And why is this happening, any opinion?
