How to set up two ips on two mikrotik winbox devices?
From the provider I receive settings for two ip addresses.
Three wires come to Mikrotik: provider, PC1, PC2.
How to connect PC1 to one ip, and PC2 to another?
At least the principle itself, in general terms. I am using winbox.

if communication between computers is not needed, then through netmap in nat. You register both ips in Mikrotik, and then you "assign" them to computers.
If you want to hang up the IP addresses of the provider on the network interfaces of the PC, you do not need a router, but a switch, and you need to configure not the Mikrotik, but the network interfaces of the PC. By combining ports on the Mikrotik into a bridge, you can achieve the same results as when using a switch.
On Mikrotik, you write two ip addresses. Your routing (default routing) will be only through 1.
In DHCP Mikrotik, specify the static ip of your two machines.
In the Firewall in NAT, we do not configure a masquerade, but scr-nat and specify the IP through which default routing will be.
Here you need to check that everything works.
Next, you can configure that all incoming traffic is transferred to the PC or only port forwarding.
I would recommend the second, for this we use dst-nat.
