Difficult choice: Voenmekh or LETI?

Submitted documents to Leti, BSTU Voenmekh and St. Petersburg State University of Economics in the areas of "Informatics and Computer Engineering" and "Information Systems and Technologies".
Now, I can’t decide between Voenmekh and LETI.
Can you advise, tell, what are the pros and cons of each of the universities, if you / your friends studied there?
