Did the coolers and the lighting near the case not start after assembly?

Picked up a computer. Housing nzxt h510i. After assembly, everything worked, but the top two fans of the case, which came by default, did not work. Also, the rbg backlight, which was also in the case, is inactive. After assembly, there were some wires sticking out of the case, maybe they need to be connected somewhere to the motherboard? The photo shows each of these wires.

Well, obviously Sata-Power on the 3rd photo is the power supply for the garland of coolers, it is connected to the PSU
