Which computer is worth buying for ml, big data?

Hello.
There is a limited amount of money to buy a new computer. I can't make the right choice. So far, there are three basic options:
1) Lenovo legion y530 (60-70 tr, i5, nvme, ample opportunities for upgrading).
Cons: I don’t really want to deal with Windows, I have long wanted to switch to a poppy.
2) Mac mini 2018. There are only two options here: for 128 and 256 GB ssd, the difference in price is huge 68 and 94 tr.
Cons: few ssd and I don't know how it performs. The one that I think is good at 256, there are 6 cores there. Pros: compact, many ports, already have an external LG monitor.
3) Macbook air - a matter of price and performance (see point 2). Pros: mobility.
What advice would you give to someone who is learning Japanese?

for bigdata you need a lot of RAM, for training - a video card > 4 GB, in most laptops video cards are so-so
