Dialing a number in Multiphone from the command line?

1. Is it possible to force the Multiphone to process links like "callto:[phone]" (well, or I'll say otherwise - can the multiphone dial a number from the command line?)
2. Is it possible to open an external application when an incoming number arrives in the multiphone?

It all depends on what exactly you are going to do after dialing the number.
If you do not need to use the “voice” functions of the modem, then the strategy is as follows:
1. Turn off the Nafik Multifon
2. Open the serial port of the modem 3. Write Hayes-compatible AT commands there 4. Read responses from there 5. Act according to circumstances 6. Return to step 3. 7. Live happily ever after
