Dev/sda1 is write-protected in ubuntu how to fix?

dev/sda1 is the physical disk with Win10. There is also dev/sda2 - a logical partition with WinXP. There was a need to install Ubuntu. I boot from LiveDVD Ubuntu 14.04, I run gparted - there is an exclamation mark opposite dev / sda1, it does not allow me to resize. You can change the size of dev/sda2, but I don't need it. sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mnt writes that the partition is write-protected, connected only in read-only mode. It seems that the ntfs-3g driver is needed, I try to install it, it says that it is already installed. There were no such problems before, what could be the problem? Maybe some setting in the BIOS is interfering. Mother with UEFI support.

To resize NTFS partitions, use Partition Magic or something similar.
