How to make a certificate for web development on a local computer?
In Ubuntu, under docker on nginx, I run a server for development on php. I prescribe my domain in hosts, for convenience. I go to the site with chrome.
You need a certificate to get chrome on https. What is the easiest and free way to get it, make it? Can someone explain step by step? For the stupid ones :)

Google 'ubuntu self-signed certificate'.
There are plenty of instructions on the internet for this.
If you have your own domain, then Let's Encrypt with DNS confirmation does not require any ports outside.
