Why does Apache Benchmark write "...apr_pollset_poll: The timeout specified has expired (70007)"?

Trying to test server with Ubuntu 20.04 + Nginx + php-fpm.

I run the command # ab -n 100 -c 10 https://example.com/ , in response I get Benchmarking example.com (be patient)...apr_pollset_poll: The timeout specified has expired (70007)

Who is to blame and what to do?
