Why is it impossible to create a file on disk using Webdav mail.ru?

I mounted the Mail.ru disk (I have a paid plan), folders are created from the console (UBUNTU20, but it doesn't matter)
and files cannot be created, is this some kind of restriction from Mail.ru? Screenshot from
winscp (connection via sftp) or



here from the terminal I connected the megaphone disk in the same way, there are no such problems, the files are created.

Most likely, the matter is in the included locks, webdav.mail.ru cannot do them.
The davfs config should look like this:

$ grep use_locks /etc/davfs2/davfs2.conf 
use_locks        0
