Details on buying a macbook pro?
Good afternoon, I'm going to buy a macbook pro and in connection with this there are a couple of questions:
1) Is it possible to purchase a model with 16 gigabytes of memory in a regular hardware store or Apple center? Or is it necessary to order this option from the site?
2) I have an iPhone with an icloud account. As I understand it, all Apple equipment needs to be connected to icloud. For security reasons, is it worth hanging a macbook on an existing account or is it better to create a new one?
3) The presence of a Russian keyboard is not critical, is it? I will take outside the Russian Federation.
Perhaps it is worth considering some other details when buying, if any, please write in the comments.

1) Well, in the hardware store you can easily. But I would first ask them if they have the required model
2) Why create 2 accounts is not entirely clear to me
3) Here I didn’t understand at all
Leave a check if you move to another country. If I'm not mistaken, Apple repairs equipment either in the country for which the equipment is certified, or anywhere if the equipment was purchased in the country for which it is certified and there is a receipt confirming this.
1) You can, but it’s better to say the model number, because there and others may differ
2) Well, depending on whether you will work for a MacBook, use one and there will be fewer problems
3) I don’t have Russian characters, so I’m writing to you without any problems, here matter of habit

For security reasons, it is definitely necessary to hang up on one account so that there is a normally working two-factor, and the Find my Mac, Find my iPhone options.
I hate the Cyrillic alphabet, for me it's a plus. Well, unless, of course, there is some very specific layout like UK
