Depo Storm 3400U2R server running through IPPON SW 2000E UPS, why is the Fault LED blinking?

A new server was purchased, and a new UPS, in the setup process the server was connected directly to the outlet, the UPS after purchase turned on and gave the load in the form of 2 PCs, after that the server was put in a rack together with the UPS, connected everything as it should be, the UPS was started in the mode is NORM (as expected), the server is working normally, but after about 5 minutes the fault indicator starts flashing, although the load of 20 percent is only at the maximum. We discard overheating and turning off the fans, opened it, everything is in order, after that I transferred the server again to the outlet, and everything is fine, the indicator is off, after that I transferred the server to another UPS, it worked like that for several days, and still everything is in order. Tell more literate people what could be the reason for this tricky malfunction indicator. After all, the new UPS is also in order...

@k0valex

you people are strange: the hardware is new, under warranty, but for some reason you need to write here, and not in the vendor's support.
Well you paid them money, and not downloaded from torrents.

In the box with the UPS there is a piece of paper called "Owner's Manual". There is a list of faults, possible causes and manufacturer's technical support contacts.
