Hello. I choose a debug board with an ARM microcontroller. Budget - $100. Which board has the most variety of peripherals?

Personally, I liked the board from the easyelectronics website (pinboard 2) with a replaceable controller module. Although, it seems to me, their NUCLEO will be enough for ST.

How different is STM32 programming from ARM in Cyclone V/Zynq?
Controller - nothing or almost nothing. But libraries - there is a significant difference. SPL, HAL, CubeMX - you will not have this; most likely it will, but something else. And C-code is also C-code in Africa.

Any Nucleo or Discovery from STM32. For less than $100 you can buy a top-end board, like this one:
