Why are only 3-5 harmonics used in the calculation of tasks for TOE?

Why are only 3-5 EMF harmonics used in the calculation of tasks for TOE, and the rest are not taken into account?

As far as I remember, higher harmonics are quite small compared to 1-5. They are neglected in calculations.
