DBMS or file version for 1C?

Guys, please advise how best to proceed.
There are about 60 bases 1s.
There are about 80 users.
Each user works with 2-4 bases (simultaneously).
And there are several databases in which many people work (in one there are 60 people and in another 20)
What is the best way to deal with the databases, keep them all in the file version, or transfer them to work in a DBMS?
There is a license for 1s server and one database (in which 60 people work) is already spinning on 1s server + PostgeSQL
How would it be more correct to do with the rest of the databases?
