How to organize accounting of user work in 1C?

At the enterprise, 1Сv7 file is still in use. Works 24/7. It is required to somehow keep track of whether the user exits the program at the end of the working day. There are many users, you need to get a list of everyone who messes up in order to put the corresponding paper on the director's table at the end of the month.
How to solve this issue? Are there ready-made scripts or are there any solutions in the program itself. Please help, because I couldn't solve this issue myself.

@fosihas

the log file is in SYSLOG/1cv7.mlg and process it as a text file
, take it into a program convenient for you and take the information you need

In the file seven, there is no way to kick users out of the database.
Accounting for user work depends on the configuration - if it exists, this is possible, but you need to write a program in the built-in 1c language.
If you need it for backup, then you can backup without kicking users out of the database.
