Please help me, I already have no strength, I learned from the TP that the goods are not placed in the reserve from Bitrix24 in 1s. I thought I would solve the problem by connecting Backoffice, but now another problem is if I create an order in 1s in CRM through Backoffice, everything works and the order from 1s is displayed in transactions.

But if you set up integration through the Synchronization with Bitrix24 module, transactions fall in 1s, but this order is not visible in Backoffice CRM, you need to create a new one in order to reinforce it.

How to make friends between these two modules?
