How to fix unloading from 1C to Bitrix?

Guys, help with uploading to the site...
There is a 1C enterprise, it is worth setting up an exchange with an online store... and the site is on Bitrix, but .. although the tree in 1C is configured correctly, it uploads everything to Bitrix in a completely different way (( (
Several items were removed from Bitrix altogether, deleted from 1C upload, but during scheduled upload they reappear on the site.... I also change the upload product group in 1C (in the tree), but it uploads to the old group and does not appear in the new one ..
