How to implement a separate page in Bitrix for a category?

There are two main categories, they have subcategories and products, respectively, it is necessary for each category to implement its own page, or something so that you can get through the main menu, the categories have slightly different styles, and it would be nice to use CNC.
Now this is implemented as pages with a catalog component and NC immediately from the root, and the pages have a path like categories, but if we go to one page, then go to another, then the information in the catalog is what we need, but we are still on the first page categories, since the styles and additional infoblocks are different

The product is located in one infoblock, on the same level!
The catalog structure is assembled in sections, with the ability to bind many to many, as a result.
One element can lie in different sections, but at the end of the url they will always have the same one, and, moreover, short.
All that remains is to build the menu by sections. Well, the only touch, since there are many ways to reach one product, you will have to make breadcrumbs based on your session, remembering the previous position and building a breadcrumb along your real path.
The section also has a description (unfortunately, without an announcement and details), but the detail can be made with a hashtag, as a result, everything before the hashtag will be what is above the catalog, what is after, then below it. This way you can customize any page.
Also, all you need to do to expand the semantic is to remove one of the features from the filter, create sections based on it and impose them on the product. write metadata.
So you can have any number of category roots.
