Hi guys.
I have never done this before myself and decided to ask how to do it correctly.
Googling did not give anything, mostly instructions from well-known sites on how to link a card ....

How competently and how is this done in general? You need to link the client's card to the site so that he can easily pay.
Worth Bitrix, small business, latest version.

No one on the site has been processing the cards for a long time, everything is through payment services, and many of them have the storage of payment data. Choose which one you like best and so that the module is under Bitrix.
