Why does the drop-down list not appear in 1s via remoteapp?

I am setting up a terminal server. Windows server 2016. Published the application 1c enterprise. At first everything went well and worked quickly. And then drop-down lists stopped working for some users. (for example, when you log in, you must select a user). The list drops down and immediately disappears, as if there were two clicks instead of one click. The problem appears and disappears quite suddenly. Appears only when launched via remoteapp. Through rdp everything is fine. Has anyone experienced something similar? Where to dig?

when testing, it turned out that the problem is repeated not only in 1s, but also in firefox.
changed the following policies:
Windows/Remote Desktop Services/Remote Desktop Session Host/Remote Session Environment
Use additional RemoteFX graphics for the RemoteApp remote app Disabled
Image quality setting for RemoteFX responsive graphics Enabled
and everything worked as it should

The list drops out and is immediately hidden

Apparently the list box immediately fades into the background. Alt-TAB try it.

1C is something else, it’s not quite friendly with RemoteApp ...

In the group policies on the terminal server , disable :
"Use advanced RemoteFX graphics for remote RemoteApp application"
or "Use advanced RemoteFX graphics for Remote App"
