DaVinci Resolve. Noticeable stripes on a gradient background. How to save background image quality?

Hello.

I'm editing a video in DaVinci Resolve 17. I need to insert a pre-prepared image with a gradient fill. When exporting, I get this option:
6152d573e10e6241964045.png

When exporting, the image does not change size.
I do export in QuickTime H.264.

Not very strong in the choice of codec. Advise, please, the correct variant? Or maybe tweak some settings?

This is banding.
There are two solutions: dithering, that is, adding digital noise that will smooth out the gradient visually, or exporting video in a higher bit depth, for example, HEVC (H.265) 10-bit.
Ideally, the second option, but not everyone will reproduce it. Old TVs, for example, may have problems.
