Data recovery from damaged HDD. What program to use?

One of the heads failed on the old hard drive. In Windows, the hard drive is visible (in Device Manager), however, the partition itself is not mounted and its contents cannot be viewed. Advise, please, programs that in this situation could somehow help copy files from the HDD.

How did you know that one of the heads failed? And even if this is true, then no programs will help you read the information from the surface under this head.

If the head is out of order, then they will change it to the service.

If you need to save data, I advise you not to touch this disk at all, I say from my own experience that recovery will only be more expensive. Contact any data recovery company where there is a "clean room", as you will need to open the HDA for recovery, and the slightest speck of dust will negate the possibility of recovery. Most likely, the disks themselves will be pulled out from you and inserted into the donor disk, and there, using special software, the engineer will restore all the data.
