Most likely, during a sudden shutdown, a software bad sector has formed on the disk. The controller is now thinking about whether to classify this sector as unambiguously bad and remake it, or wait.
I advise you to back up all the important data and then there are options: 1) you can run hdd regenerator from a flash drive, it will scan, overwrite and check this sector, and most likely the problem will go away; 2) you can run the victoria program in the mode of erasing unreadable sectors; 3) there are probably some other similar programs.
