How to install Windows Server 12R on an HP ProLiant DL20 gen9 server?

Hello, there is the following problem (a small preface - I used to work with dell servers and didn’t know trouble) - I bought an HP ProLiant DL20 gen9 server and tried to install win server 12r, I put it through hp intelligent provisioning - the system does not see the Windows image (xs why, I did it through rufus), when I try to install directly through the BIOS - the system does not see the hard drive !!. I tried to install a driver for raid b140i on a flash drive, which also did not bring success. Tell me how you can install the axis, what needs to be done with the hard one (I created the cell in the intelligent provisioning settings, the system sees the disk there). The deadlines are burning with the setting, I broke my whole head, I watched the video with the setting of this server - it didn’t help, apparently I’m missing something due to my dementia. I really need your help, who has come across this or understands it (I repeat once again, I used to work with dell servers and have not seen anything like this)!

hp intelligent provisioning - buggy, you need to try directly through the ipKWM webmord
, maybe the ipKWM firmware is not compatible with this monster. Or you downloaded the wrong driver - there are 2 types for installation and for the system, since the installation (WinPE) is always 32bit and the system is 64bit.

and everything is very simple. Since install.wim you have more than 4gb. Therefore, after creating from a DVD image and burning, you have it there.
You need to split install.wim into two files less with the command
Dism /Split-Image /ImageFile:install.wim /SWMFile:C:\install.swm /FileSize:4000
Then upload the two resulting files.
About the fact that there is no HDD. There's not much I can recommend here. We must look at the place.
Download the drivers from the HP website and integrate them into the assembly with STANDARD Windows tools, and not with any rufus / shmusofaces. Do they have UEFI there now? Then you need to load the image as UEFI. HP has or had a technology that separately has drivers for internal flash memory, which must be separately included in Bios. Well, ILO comes through IE using .net. The best option. I have not experienced any problems with HP for 8 years of work.
PS And in general, mount the ISO image directly by ILO, why create something through rufus?

Duc, intelligent provisioning needs direct ISO and feed. What did you record there rufus?
